To avail the JioFi Exchange offer, customers can visit the nearest Reliance Digital Store, MyJio Store, Jio retailer, Jio Point, and purchase new JioFi at @ Rs. 999. Customers can also avail this offer at www.jio.com.

Customers will need to get their new JIO SIM activated with either the Rs. 198 or Rs. 299 first recharge along with the Jio Prime Membership.

Customers can return the old dongle to the retailer/store within 15 days of the new Jio sim activation. On return of the old device customers will get cashback vouchers worth Rs. 2200 in their ‘MyJio’ Account. The cashback will be in the form of 44 vouchers of Rs. 50 each, which will be valid only on recharge of Rs. 198 or Rs. 299 through the MyJio account for future recharges.
