How Much Water One Needs

Experts say that men should roughly consume 3 liters (about 13 glasses) of water a day. For women, the amount is 2.2 liters (about 9 glasses) per day. This includes the amount of water present in different food items and beverages.

For a good night sleep, it is advised to avoid drinking water and other beverages at night, because the urge to go to loo may disrupt your sleep.
