Cottage Cheese -250 grams
Minced Onion-1
Tomato Purree- 2 big spoons
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 big spoon
Butter- 3 big spoons
Milk 1 cup
Fresh Cream- 2 big spoons,
Cinnamon 1 piece
Clove-2, Cardamom-2
Malabathrum (Tej Patta)-1
Red Chilly Powder- 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder- ¼ spoon
Coriander Powder- ½ spoons
Jeera Powder- ½ spoons
Salt- according to taste
Garam Masale- 1 ½ tablespoon
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.


Dice paneer in equal squares. Crunch and mix cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Heat up two spoon butter in a pan, add tej patta and minced onion and roast for a little. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till golden brown and add chilly, turmeric, salt and all the masale and tomato puree and fry a little more. Add cream and milk and prepare the gravie and cook for a little while. Add paneer, garnish with coriander and serve hot paneer butter masala with roti, naan or rice.
